this starts right after episode 25 of the show (With some of my own ideas thrown in.) Annie is still trapped in the crystal and the city needs repairs.The scouting legion has been shut down due to a murder of one of their close allies, More murders and robbery's have been taking place in the city and the kingdom is falling apart and now the legion is to blame for the killings.
the cadets have been given a choice. fight for the legion or die trying.
